We are a community counselling donation based service in Fylde and we offer therapy to residents of Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre aged 16 and upwards.

Our counselling is currently taking place online through video calls on Zoom and via telephone as due to the coronavirus, we are unable to offer face-to-face counselling at this time.

Our counsellors give you time and space to work through your difficulties and identify your needs. They offer trust and confidentiality. Our counsellors will respect you and what you choose to talk about. They will not judge you in any way and will work alongside you to help you make changes if that is what you want to do.

Sometimes it can be hard to find a confidential place to talk. We are pleased to be able to offer a Haven Room located in the Face 2 Face Office at the St Annes YMCA, where, if this is something you would need, you will be able to use our Wi-Fi to contact your counsellor.
