The Accused: Gavin Anderson-Terry, Weldmar Hospicecare

The Crime: Damaging the eyesight of those around him with his atrocious attire.

The plea: When they said dress to impress I misheard it as dress to distress

The evidence: Theres honestly so much to choose from, its an embarrassment of riches. Although his off-brand Elton John probably takes the prize.
