Story

Can you set yourself a fundraising challenge for #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek?

You could walk 10,000 steps a day? Run each day for a week? or take on a really long walk whatever the weather?

Whatever you choose to do during Mental Health Awareness Week, any money raised will go towards ensuring people in Hampshire get the mental health support they need and deserve.

We love to see what our fundraisers get up to, so don't forget to tag us on social media using @solentmind and use the hashtags #GetBackToNature #ConnectWithNature #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek
