When 45-year-old Kayla first connected with Glow, she was fleeing an abusive partner and recovering from a substance addiction.

When Kayla first met her son’s father, she had no idea that it would lead to experiences with domestic abuse and addiction.

She turned to drugs to cope with the abuse, became addicted and couldn’t be with her son.

Now Kayla is in recovery, reunited with her son and looking forward to a safe, special Christmas living in our safe accommodation this year 🎄

£25 could pay for an emergency essentials pack, providing a family with essential items such as toiletries, food, and other immediate needs as they transition to a safe environment.

A generous donation of £50 could go towards paying for a taxi or travel costs, enabling a victim and their family to escape from their abuser and find refuge in one of our safe locations.

£100 donation could be used to organise a family activity for survivors and their loved ones, offering them a break from the challenges they've faced and creating opportunities for joy, bonding, and a sense of normalcy during their journey to safety and recovery.
