Imagine spending Christmas alone, with no family, no friends, no gifts, no joy. Imagine feeling like you have no one who cares about you, no one who supports you, no one who loves you.

This is the reality for many young people leaving care in our area. They face many challenges and difficulties, such as homelessness, unemployment, poverty, mental health issues, and social isolation.

But you can make a difference. You can show them that they are not alone. That they are valued and appreciated. That they have a future and a potential. That they have people who care about them.

We are the Chepstow and Caldicot Lions and we are launching a campaign to provide Christmas gifts for young people leaving care in our area. We want to give them something to smile about, something to hope for, something practical, something to cherish.

We need your help to make this happen. We need your help to raise £1,200 to buy gifts that are suitable for young people aged 18 to 25.
