Our key aim is to lessen cruelty and improve animal welfare in Oxfordshire. In support of our key aim we are involved in many areas of animal care.

The Oxfordshire Branch staff and volunteers provide their time and efforts to support animal welfare and help with fundraising, all of which is an important way to provide much needed care for local animals, many of which can be in desperate need.

We support and assist the National RSPCA in their work in and around Oxfordshire; we often take over after the National Inspectorate have either acquired or removed animals from danger or neglect. We ensure that animals placed in our care are restored to full health and socialised, ready for re-homing with suitable adopters. By 'home visiting' we make sure that people adopting our animals understand the commitments of pet ownership.
