Path to Possibilities: Empowering Girls in Bihar

Bihar is one of the most deprived states in India, especially for young girls and women, as there is inequality for resources, jobs and education. Many young girls' education is non-existent or cut short, with 40% of girls being sent into child arranged marriages. Due to these arranged marriages, young girls in Bihar lack core and essentials skills in education, womanhood and general life.

We are fundraising for young girls' education in India because we believe every child deserves access to learning and opportunity. One of our team members has a personal connection to this cause—her mother grew up in India with limited education, and when her school shut down, she was left vulnerable with little support. Her experience highlights the barriers many girls still face today. By supporting their education, we can empower them to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities. This mission is personal to us, and we are committed to making a difference.
