Story

Our clients come from all over the world. After being tortured and persecuted in their home countries, they have come to the LA and OC areas to seek asylum in hopes of building new lives here. Help us serve these deserving communities!

The Program for Torture Victims (PTV) assists the courageous survivors of state-sponsored torture and persecution. Since 1980, PTV has helped new US refugees, from over 70 countries, heal their physical and psychological wounds and start a second life here in California.
