We work tirelessly to ensure that no one should choose between warmth and wellbeing, and that high energy bills don’t cause stress or hardship.

Since 1995, we’ve been helping households across the Midlands to live in warmer, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes, but we couldn’t do this without your donations. We are dedicated to helping people live with dignity at home, and strive for a world where cold doesn’t affect physical and mental health, and staying warm is affordable.

As well as offering in person advice at local events and home visits, we also run free energy advice lines across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, Herefordshire and Derby & Derbyshire. We provide free and impartial energy advice to anyone who needs us, including:

• Keeping warm and well at home.

• Energy bills, tariffs and suppliers.

• Insulation and heating grants.

• Energy efficiency measures.

• Health and cold homes.
