This festive season, Disability Snowsport UK is calling on supporters to help open up the joy of skiing and snowboarding to everyone. Imagine if all disabled people had the opportunity to enjoy the thrill, freedom, and community that snowsport brings.
For disabled children and adults, snowsports are about more than being active. They're a path to confidence, independence, and friendship. But, adaptive equipment, specialised instruction, and access to appropriate facilities are often out of reach.
With your help, DSUK can provide life-changing experiences through snowsport.
• Donate: £15 and buy the gift of adventure this Christmas.

Meet Colin, a young man with cerebral palsy who “loves skiing because I like going fast”.
And Ellie, who has a new found passion for skiing and confidence to do anything.
“Disability forced me to live a life sitting down and initially I couldn’t find a single positive. It’s only now, eight years later, that I’ve started to find myself again.
“Sit skiing has been a massive deal for me; finding adrenaline and adventure in a way I didn’t think I’d be able to has really unlocked something in my mind. Throwing myself down a slope and hoping for the best is my new form of therapy. I’ve always been a bit of an adrenaline junkie but didn’t think skiing would be accessible for me. When I discovered it was possible, I haven’t looked back! I’m still at the early stages of my skiing journey but it’s already become a huge passion in my life and helps with my confidence on and off the slopes.”
Every story reflects the transformative power of your generosity. Without your help and Disability Snowsport UK's specialist support in centres across the UK, this simply wouldn't be possible.
This Christmas, give the gift of inclusion and adventure. Together, we can break down barriers and create memories that last a lifetime.
