Organised by Ambient SupportThis Gnomevember, Swan House Care Home are inviting the whole community to pick up their FREE, paintable Gnome in a bid to raise funds for an interactive activity table to enhance the lives of residents!
Swan House Manager, says:
Its been a difficult few years and we wanted to do something that makes people smile and unite all ages for a great cause. Many of the people we care for at Swan House are living with Dementia and an interactive activity table will bring not only daily fun and laughter but also enhance lives by igniting sensory skills through sound, sight and touch.
Local businesses have been quick to pledge their support with the local fire station, pub and high street shops ready to Give a Gnome a Home! They will display their painted gnomes alongside posters promoting the campaign and the JustGiving page for donations to Swan House throughout the month.
