Goals 4 Girls exists to support & raise the aspirations of young women & girls aged 11-16 from London's most deprived communities. Female-led, we break down barriers through football, mentorship in education & pathways to employment, supporting young women to live happier & healthier lives.

Story

We are reaching out with hope and determination because today, you have the power to change a girl’s life.

Did you know? Less than 2% of charities focused on women and girls receive the funding they need to thrive, a heart-breaking reality that Goals 4 Girls is fighting to change. Source: Rosa UK - Mapping the UK Women and Girls Sector and its Funding: Where Does the Money Go?

For over 10 years, we’ve been a safe space and a source of inspiration for over 3200 young women from some of the UK’s most marginalised communities. Through football , personal development and well-being programmes, we’ve broken down barriers, built confidence, and helped shape brighter futures.

But right now we need your support!

We need your help to Secure HER Future, so that every girl continues to have the opportunity to dream, grow, and succeed. Let’s keep changing lives, together.

Why Now?

1️⃣ Professional women's football gets 4 times more investment than grassroots, creating a gap that limits opportunities and threatens the game's future.

2️⃣Over 52% of schools lack equal access to sports for girls

3️⃣Over 26% of young women aged 14 -16 face mental health issues weekly, with marginalised communities at even greater & heightened risk due to discrimination and lack of support.

A Game-Changing Moment for Girls

As the Women’s Euros approaches, the world’s attention will be on women’s football like never before. This is more than just a tournament, it’s a powerful moment to champion change, inspire young girls, and push for greater equity in sport. At Goals 4 Girls, we’re using this pinnacle event as a catalyst to drive our mission forward and raise £100K this year to create lasting opportunities for young women.

How the Euros Fuels Our Mission:

1️⃣ Reach More Girls – With the Euros spotlight on women’s football, there’s no better time to grow the game at the grassroots level. We have hundreds of girls on our waiting list, eager to play and be part of our programmes. With your support, we can engage 500 more girls by 2026, ensuring they have access to the sport they love.

2️⃣ Drive Policy Change – The Euros will amplify conversations about equality in sport. We’ll use this moment to advocate for equity in football and education, ensuring the next generation of female athletes and leaders have equal access, funding, and opportunities.

3️⃣ Build a Sustainable Future – A tournament like the Euros isn’t just about the games, it’s about what comes next. We want to strengthen and diversify the foundation of Goals 4 Girls, ensuring we continue to support young women long after the final whistle blows.

4️⃣ Breaking Barriers – The success of the Lionesses has already proven the impact of role models in sport. As the excitement builds, we want to expand our programmes, offer more mentorship, and create leadership pathways, so every girl has the confidence and skills to succeed, on and off the pitch.

Why This Moment Matters

The Women’s Euros is more than football, it’s a movement. It’s about ensuring that young girls watching their heroes on the field know that they belong in sport, in leadership, and in spaces where they can thrive.

But for that to happen, we need your support. Join us in raising £100K this year and be part of this historic moment for women’s football and the future of young girls.

It starts with YOU. It continues with HER. 💛⚽
