Golden has already been through so much but now finally has a forever home waiting for him and we need your help to get him there. We are fundraising for the travel costs which include his flight from Bahrain to the UK and his Pet taxi home.

We are a small Scottish Charity (SC051803), run entirely by volunteers with no employees who dedicate as much time as their jobs and family allow them to help cats in need from all over the world. We believe every cat deserves a loving home, regardless of where they are in the world. We rehome cats to the UK and have a fantastic community where we help wherever the need is greatest. We also support TNR programmes and provide medical care to as many injured, abused, neglected, abandoned or ill cats as we can. We organise fundraisers to provide food to shelters that are really struggling to feed their rescues, to help with the costs of medical care and travel.

Weā€™re raising funds for Goldenā€™s travel costs to the UK, where his forever home is waiting to wrap him in the love and security heā€™s always deserved. After being cruelly abandoned and left to fend for himself, Goldenā€™s journey to a better life is almost completeā€”all he needs now is your help to get there.

Goldenā€™s story began in a neighbourhood in Bahrain, where he was seen roaming from house to house, hungry, thirsty, and desperately searching for kindness. Despite his gentle nature and trust in people, no one came forward to help him. When his rescuer posted about him online, still no one claimed him. It became heartbreakingly clearā€”Golden had been dumped.

Thankfully, heā€™s now safe and thriving under the care of his rescuer. This gorgeous boy has proven to be incredibly affectionate, lively, and loyal. He loves human companionship, happily trots beside you like a little shadow, and doesnā€™t mind being picked up for cuddles. Golden also has a soft spot for treatsā€”boiled chicken is his absolute favourite!

Golden is a confident and social cat who thrives indoors. Heā€™s the kind of feline friend who brings warmth and light to a home, always ready for affection and never far from your side. After being let down by humans once before, heā€™s ready to find someone who will never give up on him again.
