Every year as a business we aim to ensure we are working with a charity that really makes a difference and can massively benefit from our help.

We know working with Age UK Bradford District we can help the communities around us and are committed to doing just that.

Every year, the staff at Gordons nominate a charity to receive our support and then everyone gets involved in a number of fundraising events and volunteering opportunities. A few of the charities we have supported in the past have been Centrepoint Bradford, KidsOut, Bradford Marie Curie Hospice, and The Friends of Alfie Martin.

Over the last eight years, we have raised over £160,000 for these local charities, as well as provided many hours of volunteering and mentoring.

This year our charity partner is Age UK Bradford District and we are proud to support them to help older people to live their best life.

We have set a target of £20,000 which will enable Age UK Bradford District to create an Area Impact Team to support an additional 750 older people. We will be doing a number of events throughout the year to help reach our target.
