The Great Cattery Sleepout - 12 hours in a cattery

Campaign by RSPCA Norwich

Support our brave Animal Welfare team as they undertake the Great Cattery Sleepout challenge!

Our mission is to raise awareness, provide practical support and demonstrate compassion, in order to deliver excellent animal welfare in our Branch area.

Story

One Cattery,

A team of Animal Welfare Officers in sleeping bags.

12 hours, over 30 cats....what could go wrong?

Introducing The Great Cattery Sleepout, a new fundraising challenge where our fantastic team of Animal Welfare Officers will be spending a chilly November night locked in a cattery pod alongside some of our feline residents. Whilst our cats will have access to their heated cat pods, unfortunately they don't come in human sizes!

Along the way there'll be fun interactive challenges including cardboard castle building, games and competitions all in aid of RSPCA Norwich.

Although we share the logo and name with the National RSPCA, we are completely local and independent We work solely in the Norfolk and Suffolk area, helping owners pay for veterinary bills, rehoming animals and offering a pet food bank service to those in need.

Your donation will make a real difference:

- £5 could pay for a microchip for a cat or dog

- £10 could pay for a safe space for a cat for a night

- £30 could pay for flea and worm treatment for a cat

- £60 could vaccinate a dog, protecting them for a year

Anything you can give will help us to care for the animals that need us the most.

Tune into our socials on 1st November to share in the chaos (and cuteness) and to see your support in action!
