School funding and falling budgets are hot topics at the moment and you may be wondering how you can help our lovely school. While the government is being confronted to address the funding challenges, parents are not powerless to assist their school. We strongly believe that school and parents working in partnership is the most positive way to raise money and secure the best educational experiences for our children.

Did you know that in 2018/19, your PTA raised £29,000 through fundraising, which contributed hugely to the fabulous all-weather pitch that the children are so lucky to have.

Sadly, as a result of the constraints of the COVID pandemic, this figure will be much lower this year. We have had to cancel many of our big events and this leaves a big hole in our fundraising. We now need to look at new, different, COVID-friendly ways to plug this gap.

So, please get involved ! You can make a real difference and the more parents involved with our PTA means more money raised through more fun events, benefitting everyone.

Everything your PTA raises goes directly to providing for the school, and, in consultation with staff, parents have a say on where and how the money is spent.
