Growing Well are a pioneering Mental Health charity who champion mental health recovery through practical, meaningful activity within our thriving horticultural enterprises at Kendal, Tebay and Egremont in Cumbria.

Our proven model supports individuals suffering from mental ill health for one day per week for up to a year and equips individuals with new skills and the resilience to better manage their own mental wellbeing on an ongoing basis.

2024 marks our 20th Birthday and we are embarking on a fundraising campaign to ensure that we can continue to provide our services well into the future for anyone who needs us.
