Traditionally children all over the Archdiocese raise money for Father Hudson's Care. Children work together with their schools to donate money saved from giving up sweets and treats for Lent or organise sponsored activities to support people in need.
As many children are not able to take part in the Good Shepherd Appeal with their friends at school, we are inviting children and their families to join our community of fundraisers. We have a list of fundraising ideas but we are always excited to hear your ideas. You can share your fundraising successes and pictures on the Father Hudson's Twitter and Facebook pages and inspire other people to join us.
As part of the Good Shepherd Appeal we have a range of activities and videos available on our website to support families as they study at home this Lent.
