Organised by GursevaGurseva opened a FoodBank in West London for those impacted by Covid19. Since early 2020 we have been helping the elderly & vulnerable but to continue this work we are in urgent need of supplies & equipment such as Lighting, Heaters, Fridge, Freezer.

Visit the charity's profileWe have seen a huge increase in need for our services since the Covid19 pandemic. We regularly provide food to victims of domestic violence, families living below the poverty line, the elderly and homeless. We have seen an increase in all of these groups in the recent months and sadly the situation is only set to continue with many people struggling with redundancy and the financial impact of Covid19.
One example is Dave who regularly attends the foodbank as he has been living homeless in his car since April 2020.
The Gurseva foodbank is located at 53 Salisbury Road, Hounslow TW4 7NW- just off Beavers Lane and near The HUB.
This is a free service open to all and especially those in need of help in these difficult times.
To continue this much needed service we are in urgent need of food supplies and the following equipment:
Lighting.
Heaters.
Fridge.
Freezer.
Microwave.
If you overstocked for Christmas then please get in touch as we are in need of additional food. We are always looking for volunteers as well so if you can spare some time to help out please get in touch.
