John-Paul (Gus) Gibbon passed away on Monday 8th July 2024. Donations can be made on this page for Birmingham Christmas Shelter which Gus regularly volunteered his time and professional skills at Christmas time to the Shelter most years.

Birmingham Christmas Shelter is a local charity to provide local homeless and other adults who would be alone at Christmas, with a free warm, safe place to eat, shower, sleep and enjoy Christmas. Each year we open our doors for 24 hours a day for several days and nights during the Christmas week.

Story

Gus volunteered his chiropractic skills for many Christmases at Birmingham Christmas Shelter. He was extremely kind, good humored and had the uttermost respect for everyone he treated.

Gus will be sadly missed by our Trustees, Volunteers and Guests at Birmingham Christmas Shelter.
