Visit the charity's profileStarting inside the gates of the palace and finishing in it's beautiful gardens on a totally flat course, this half marathon is a special opportunity for a special cause. After the race you can not only bask in the glory of doing something utterly amazing but also visit the famous maze and the world's largest grapevine!
Florence Nightingale Hospice provides palliative and end of life care through it's inpatient unit, community nurses, Hospice at Home team, Day Hospice and Florrie's Children's Team. Keeping our doors open requires £1 million of funding from the Charity so every step taken, every mile reached and every penny raised really does make a difference.
