Story

Guideposts is turning 46 this year! And what a 46 years it has been!

We have worked passionately to create Teaching Nursing Homes, Mental Health outreach programmes, Dementia gardening therapy clubs, Holiday and after school clubs for children with complex needs, friendship and dating schemes for adults with learning disabilities, Forest Schools and carers support schemes (to name a few).

None of these fantastic projects would have been possible without the support of our donors, ambassadors and friends. Thank you to those who have helped us along the way. It means so much to so many people. However, we can't stop there.

There are more people needing our help every day, to get information and support, learn vital skills, find companionship, feel less alone and to generally live a happier and more independent life. And we want to be there to welcome them with open arms.

To celebrate our 46th birthday, we're asking for donations to help us raise much needed funds and awareness so we can continue to support those that need us. We'd love to reach £460 before the year is out.

Thank you for your continued support. (and if anyone fancies baking us a birthday cake, we won't say no *wink wink*)
