HARP is South Essex’s leading homelessness charity, supporting over 1,000 people each year with housing, advice and one-to-one help when life becomes unstable.

Homelessness is rarely caused by one single issue. It’s often the result of mounting pressures; losing work, relationship breakdown, poor mental health, or falling through gaps in a broken system.

Our role is to meet people where they are and offer support that acknowledges their situation, without judgement.

For every £1 you donate to our team, 95 pence will go directly to the frontline to support people experiencing homelessness in Essex. We cannot continue our vital work without your support.
