We know children have dialled 999 in a real situation having been on a visit to Hazard Alley and practised in our phone box. They learn how to put a person into the recovery position as well as what to do if there's a fire at home or someone is drowning. On a two hour tour they learn skills, build confidence in dealing with an emergency and how to get help. Not every family can afford to send their child on a school visit to us and not every school has enough in the budget so your donations will enable any child to take part in a fun, memorable and potentially lifesaving learning experience.
