Christmas really isn't a magical time for everyone.

Headlight helps hundreds of people who will be struggling with mental ill health this Christmas. Maybe they'll be spending the period in hospital, or maybe they'll be alone and vulnerable. But a small gesture to show that someone cares can make all the difference. That's why we provide small gifts and care packages for over 1,000 patients of Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Trust.

And we can't do it without your help. A £10 donation pays for a care package for someone staying in hospital this Christmas - a small gift that might well be the only one they get. Extras such as decorations or sweet treats on the ward, a festive get-together or a small gift exchange makes the toughest of times just a little bit brighter.
