Christmas is a time to spend with loved ones, but for many of our service users this is not always possible. A hospital admission at this time of year could mean being away from family and friends when they're having the toughest of times.

For someone suffering with depression, a young person with an eating disorder, people experiencing psychosis, or those with a learning disability or autism, imagine the challenge.

With your help we can help make Christmas in hospital, for people with mental health problems, the very best it can be. A time of hope, optimism, and kindness.

Please donate what you can. The price of a coffee could buy a ward mince pies for patients to enjoy with staff on Christmas Eve. Donating instead of sending Christmas cards could buy a board game to play on Christmas Day. The cost of a bottle of luxury Christmas crackers could buy chocolates for a ward.
