Ms Welsh's Wedding Disco danceathon!

It's time for the HEAD'S SPECIAL FUNDRAISER!!!! Join Ms Welsh for a wedding disco danceathon! A week before her wedding, Ms Welsh is going to undertake a day of dance to raise money for both the school and her chosen charity.

The PTA at Swiss Gardens plays an essential role in regular fundraising to supply resources for the school to support and enhance the playing and learning environment for all children and teachers. The PTA encourages all parents, teachers, grandparents and carers of children at the school to submit requests and ideas to enhance the schools facilities and resources. The PTA will aim to fulfill all requests from teachers where it is possible within the budget available to them. The PTA aims to run events at the school which not only raise money but which enhance the experiences of children after school and bring together parents and children as a community centered on the school. The PTA aims to plan events and meetings at least a term in advance and longer in advance where possible.

Join Ms Welsh for a wedding disco danceathon!

A week before her wedding, Ms Welsh is going to undertake a day of dance in order to raise funds for our PTA and Chestnut Tree House, the Children's Hospice for Sussex. Hospice care is a cause close to Ms Welsh' heart and this amazing care for young children and families of Sussex is provided free of charge thanks to donations. By donating, you are doing something wonderful.

25% of all money raised will go to Chestnut tree House.

All children in the school are invited to join the wedding party! On Wednesday 22nd October, children can come in dressed in party clothes, wedding outfits or anything disco-tacular!

Each year group will join Ms Welsh's danceathon for a set time in the Hall during the school day and dance, dance, dance!
