In our Deaf & Mute School in Azad Kashmir, 20 bright, eager children sit in classrooms, trying their best to learn and express themselves. But without hearing aids, their world remains silent.

For children born deaf or mute, communication is a daily struggle. They rely entirely on signs, gestures, and guesswork. Many are misunderstood, left out of conversations, and isolated from society — not because they don’t want to connect, but because they simply cannot hear.
At our dedicated school, these children are given education, care, and love. But for some, progress is limited — they need hearing aids to unlock their full potential.

Each hearing aid costs £350, and we need £7,000 to provide one for every child in need. With these devices, children can start hearing — and that means they can start learning to speak, interact more confidently, and thrive both in school and in life.
