Heart n Soul is an award-winning creative arts company and charity. We believe in the talents and power of people with learning disabilities, providing opportunities for people to discover, develop and share this power and talent as widely as possible! We've worked with people ages 10 - 65+ in Deptford for over 30 years, an area where there's a huge demand for free and affordable high quality creative arts activities for people with learning disabilities.

On 10 March, 8 Heart n Soul supporters are taking on the New Balance Big Relay in order to raise money towards our Taking Part programmes, which provide high quality creative arts activities for people with learning disabilities. Supporting our Big Relay runners will mean we're able to continue to work in the innovative way that we do!
