Tough Enough To Care has been setup to raise awareness of mental health issues and to tackle the stigma surrounding it, head on in male dominated spaces. Our aim is to provide help and support to anyone affected by mental health issues. We support people, not labels 💙

Story

The Heart of Wales 7s festival is much more than just rugby. The weekend invites players from 150+ teams of all levels and abilities to take part in rugby, netball, hockey, boxing and much more

This years festival is being opened by a 15-a-side rugby match between the Mike Phillips Barbarians and The Flaming Unicorns charity side (starring some very special guest players & Coaches for both teams), all in aid of Tough Enough To Care, a mental health charity supporting people, NOT labels

The festival then just gets bigger and better by the second with amazing live music, unbeliveable food and some incredible festival vibes all weekend. Dont forget the Tough Enough To Care team are on site all weekend to provide mental health support at the Tough Truck and you can grab your Unicorns stash to kit yourself out for the festival fancy dress themes
