We know that the New Year can be a difficult time for families after baby loss, you may be felling mixed feelings about entering a new year.
Why not try to channel all these big feelings and new year energy into doing something positive for the baby loss community or in memory of your baby?
Start the new year with positive intentions. Make your new years resolutions and goals count this January and you will be helping to support bereaved families after baby loss now and into 2025.
Whether it’s walking, running, learning a new skill or taking on a personal goal- big or small- this is your opportunity to nurture new habits and skills, or give up on habits that no longer serve you, whilst also raising vital funds for Held In Our Hearts baby loss counselling and support.
How to get involved:
1. Choose a skill, habit, or resolution you'd like to focus on in January and/or 2025.
2. Set yourself an achievable, but challenging, goal.
3. Get sponsored to keep your New Year’s resolution and meet your goal - share your story, raise awareness and fundraise for Held In Our Hearts. *
4. Share updates on how your progress is going and stay motivated by connecting with others also taking on this January challenge by tagging Held In Our Hearts on Facebook and Instagram and using the hashtags #GiveUptoGiveBack and/or #HabitsforHope.
