What is #HelloYellow?

On 9 October join thousands of schools, offices, community groups and individuals in wearing yellow to raise vital funds for YoungMinds.

We know you and the young people in your lives have been going through a difficult time, and it can be hard to feel positive. But you're not alone. Together we can look out for each other and feel hopeful about the future.

How can you help?

We want everyone to wear something yellow! Whether its a scarf, hat, or your favourite bow tie, dig out your best yellow clothes and wear them with pride on 9 October for World Mental Health Day. You could even dress up in yellow fancy dress. The Simpsons, minions, emojis, a banana costume - these are just a few ideas!

Looking after our wellbeing has never been more important. By getting involved this year, you will help raise vital funds for YoungMinds so we can help even more young people and their families at a time when its most needed.
