Every week a different Migrateful chef will be cooking up enough food to feed up to 300 people in desperate need of nourishing food. This food will be distributed by schools to any family with children eligible for free school meals.

As a charity we have been hard hit by the Covid crisis and we are looking for other opportunities for the migrant and refugee chefs we support to be able to partake in meaningful work. This is a wonderful opportunity to provide our chefs with more paid work whilst also helping to address the worsening food poverty crisis in the UK; an estimated 8.4 million people in the UK struggle to get enough to eat.

We are partnering with an organisation called Mission Kitchen who are contributing £300 towards our costs of cooking each week. However this contribution is not enough to cover all the costs of the project, so we are starting a crowd-funder to raise money for the remaining £2000. Thanks for your help!
