We are a small but mighty charity, powered by a dedicated team working behind the scenes to support people across Kent and Medway. Nearly a year ago, we secured our current building, which has become the hub from which we deliver our telephone befriending service to hundreds of people who rely on regular, friendly contact.

As winter approaches, we are facing a growing challenge. Our building is very old and extremely difficult to heat. Cold drafts and outdated radiators make it hard to keep the workspace warm, especially during the colder months. A warm, functional environment is essential for our team, allowing them to stay focused and available for the people who depend on our calls.

The funding raised through this campaign will help us make vital improvements. With your support, we can install new radiators, fit blinds, and add secondary glazing to reduce drafts and retain heat. These changes will not only lower energy costs but will also ensure our staff and volunteers can continue delivering consistent, high-quality support throughout the winter.
