Schnauzerfest is a registered charity, bringing together schnauzers, their humans and other canine friends As well as paying veterinary bills for dogs at the heart of Schnauzerfest is a commitment to raising awareness of puppy farming which harms all sizes, types and breeds of dog.

Story

At just 6 months old Milo should have a long and happy life ahead of him. He should be bouncing around, full of beans. Instead he's a poorly boy and facing major surgery. Milo has Extrahepatic Portosystemic Shunt (commonly called a liver shunt) which will require a big operation.

The good news is that for the vast majority of dog who have this, surgery is a complete success and they live perfectly healthy lives once recovered.

With Milo's insurance cover used up investigating his ill-health, Schnauzerfest will assist his family and ensure he gets the treatment he needs. But, to do that will cost a significant sum of money, in the region of £5000-6000.

If you can give something towards the cost of Milo's surgery, however small, it will be very much appreciated by everyone. Thank you for caring and helping today.
