Recent earthquakes in the Herat province of Afghanistan have killed more than 2,000 people and left thousands more in need of urgent support. UNICEF suggests that 90% of the casualties are women and children. In coordination with its local partner, Health for All Delivery and Service Organisation (HADSO), HealthProm is raising funds to support mothers and children affected by the emergency.
