This is no ordinary time for Evelina London Childrens Hospital. The extraordinary staff are pulling together to care for patients and loved ones, and are also working hard to keep the hospital clean and safe.

Hilden Grange Preparatory School is supporting Evelina London as their Charity of the Year and to help raise money they are taking on the 30in30 Challenge.

Pupils will be challenged to do an activity every day for 30 days to support the amazing work of the staff at Evelina London.

The activity is completely down to the pupils to choose they can

Walk or run a mile every day for 30 days.

Hula hoop every day for 30 minutes.

Do 30 keepie-uppies each day for 30 days.

Try 30 minutes of yoga every day for 30 days.

Skip 30 laps around the garden.

Jump for 30 minutes on a trampoline every day for 30 days.

Complete 30 star jumps every day for 30 days

And much more!

The activity can be at home or outside (keeping safe), within 30 days as long as you are following current government guidelines, you can be as imaginative as you want!
