It's not long until Christmas!

Every year we organise a Christmas Present Appeal to help support families; by ensuring every child in our community who is referred to us receives two brand new gifts on Christmas morning.

Children from birth up to age 16 will be able to open a brand new toy and a new pair of pyjamas on Christmas morning.

In 2025 Hillhouse gave out 3288 presents to 1644 children living in Ayrshire. We support families like Stephanie's who found one Christmas a very difficult time:

Stephanie said: ‘Hillhouse made what would have been a hard Christmas a little easier. Having some wee gifts for my daughter made such a difference. From that feeling of having nothing and then seeing some gifts under the tree; it made me cry with happiness.

'I now help Hillhouse every year by wrapping presents for other children as I wanted to give back and I know what a difference it can make.’
