This Red Nose Day, Let’s Take Ourselves Funny for Money
The world can feel like a lot right now, the doom-scrolling, the drama, the endless everything. So this Red Nose Day, we’re calling time on taking life too seriously. It’s time to take a breath… and take ourselves funny for money.
At Holland & Barrett, we've always recognised the power of sport to support people’s lives, but with Comic Relief we can take that even further - pairing sport with targeted support for underserved and vulnerable groups, creating lasting social change in the UK and around the world.
From this year, we're supporting Comic Relief’s Sport for Change projects. Sport for Change can achieve much more than just the physical benefits of participation in sporting activity. Sport brings people together across culture, language, gender and social class, making it a powerful alternative for engagement to clinical or traditional services.
So whether you’re wobbling through a “Tour de Farce”, wearing something utterly ridiculous to work, recreating your most embarrassing photo, or simply popping on a Red Nose and cracking on, if it makes you blush, cringe or facepalm… you’re doing it right.
Go big, go tiny, go totally daft, solo or with your mates, family or work crew. Because when we laugh loudly, proudly and together, we can turn those joyful slip-ups into real, life-changing impact.
This Red Nose Day 2026, let’s feel good, do good, and take ourselves funny for money - together.
