HospiceCare supports adults (18+) and families in North Northumberland facing life-limiting illness. We offer free palliative care through Hospice at Home, dementia care and support, and family and bereavement services—providing practical help and emotional comfort when it’s needed most.

Story

We are all coming together to complete a hike of the historic Holy Island. Each step taking will raise vital funds to help support HCNN to continue their work in the community.
