We are all just 3 steps away from the same place!

Welcome to Project NFM PODS a compassionate initiative aimed at providing pod homes for those in desperate need of shelter and a fresh start. In a world where the basic human right of having a safe and secure home is often overlooked, we believe that everyone deserves a place to call their own.

**Mission:**

Our mission is clear - to raise funds to purchase pod homes for the homeless and underserved communities. These innovative, sustainable, and cost-effective pod homes will not only offer immediate relief from harsh weather conditions but will also serve as a foundation for rebuilding lives.

- **£25:** A step towards shelter - contributes to the purchase of essential supplies for the pod homes.

- **£50:** Providing warmth and comfort - helps in installing heating systems and basic furniture.

- **£100:** Building foundations - contributes to the construction and installation of a pod home.

- **£250:** Restoring dignity - supports counselling and mental health services for those transitioning into their new homes.

- **£500 - £2,500:** Empowering the future - funds educational and vocational programs to help individuals rebuild their lives.

**£5,000 - £10,000 Allow a pod to purchased outright and allow signage donated/ sponsored by a person or group or company.

The cost of each pod is £9,950 plus the cost of the furniture, white goods, beds & heating to complete the homes.

We are looking for land that is ideally not too close to residential areas, so that as we give the minimal interruption to locals and allow the homeless opportunity to rebuild their lives. All homeless people that stay will be given a contract which will expect them to begin treatment for their addictions and support them via local services to address their challenges. We will be fully integrated with the services offered by the local councils’ drugs and rehabilitation services, along with multiple therapies available to pod users.

Further they will be given skills and develop their ability to integrate to become an integrated part of their local community.
