Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SoBS) is the only national charity that provides support to adults over the age of 18 who have been impacted by suicide. SoBS has over 70 peer support groups, virtual support groups, email support, a national supportline and an online community forum. Some of you may be aware but we have a big campaign starting on the 3rd of June designed to raise awareness about who Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide are as a charity and who we support. The campaign is called Hope In Every Step and we are asking everyone whatever your age or ability to get involved and get stepping!

Together we hope to walk 1 billion steps in 100 days whether you're stepping In Memory of someone, for awareness or for your own mental health, we would love for you to get involved. We have a Facebook group for you to join here https://www.facebook.com/groups/131538489821488 where we aim to keep you updated throughout the campaign, as well as giving you an opportunity to share the pictures of your stepping journey.
