Story

Sponsor our Horniman Primary’s Three Peaks Challenge!

On Saturday 14th June, children from Horniman Primary will be taking on a big adventure for a great cause — and they need your support.

Our much-loved Three Peaks Challenge is back. And this year’s 3km orienteering route will see the kids (and their grown-ups!) climbing the three steepest hills in SE23, solving animal-themed clues as they go.

It’s a fun way to explore our local streets and green spaces — but more importantly, they’re doing it to raise money for the school.

We’re fundraising for the various activities that the Horniman Primary PTA undertakes - such as enhancing the school's outdoor learning spaces, donating to creative workshops, and supporting the school to make ad hoc necesary purchases for the benefit of the school.

🐾 Every donation — big or small — makes a real difference.

ADDITIONAL EVENT INFO:

Hot Dogs and Bakes at Three Peaks

Hot dogs will be available to hungry walkers after you finish your Three Peaks walk! No pre-ordering: we will have 1) gluten free meat (contains beef, pork, turkey, chicken) and 2) non-gluten free vegan (contains wheat, soy) available. If you have dietary requirements that do not align with these please drop us a line at hornimanprimarypta@gmail.com by 9AM Thursday 12 June.

We will also be running a cake and bake stand. Please drop any bakes and cakes off at the school from 10:30am in the old music room (on the decking). Please provide a list of ingredients. Horniman Primary School is a no-nut school so we are unable to accept cakes and bakes containing tree nuts or peanuts. Donations of chopped fresh fruit and vegetables are also very welcome.
