Hospice Huntsville is not fully funded. As a registered charity we receive 40% government funding of our annual budget. We depend on donations, special events, and third party events to provide our services. We must raise over $658,000 a year or $1,800 per day to continue to provide valuable services to our residents, family members and clients in our community.
Community fundraising is a great way to raise awareness and funds for Hospice Huntsville. There are many ways to host a fundraiser - silent auction, golf tournament, bike ride, virtual games night, poker tournament, movie night, donations in lieu of gifts for a special occasion, a read-a-thon - the list is really endless!
