Visit the charity's profileThe Hospital Hero Hike on Sunday 1 May 2022 is a 21 mile walk from Colchester Hospital to Ipswich Hospital which will take you through the stunning Essex/Suffolk countryside.
Nurses Ali and Sharon say: You will be walking side by side with NHS staff, getting out in fresh air and improving your fitness, all while fundraising for the ward, department or appeal that is closest to your heart.
The on and off road route is the perfect way to explore and discover the local area.
