Story

It's time to be a #HospitalHero

Join us for the Hospital Hero Hike on Saturday 4 May 2024.

The hike is a walk from Ipswich Hospital to Colchester Hospital with a new direction for 2024, which will take you through the stunning Suffolk and Essex countryside.

Join our spring walk and trek side-by-side with our amazing NHS staff, explore historic locations, improve your fitness, and challenge yourself all whilst taking care of your friends and family when they need you most.

You will be providing patients and staff at your local hospitals and community sites with the extras that go above and beyond what the NHS can provide, but which can make a vital difference to health and healing.

We would love for you to fundraise for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity's Staff Wellbeing Fund however you can also support the ward, department or appeal that means the most to you.
