Sometimes the best medical care isnt close to home. Here at Ronald McDonald House Charities UK, we provide free 'home away from home' accommodation to families with a critically ill child in hospital in our 12 Ronald McDonald Houses across the UK. Now, more than ever, we need your support.

Our House-to-House Challenge is BACK! Join us for the challenge as we virtually travel between Ronald McDonald Houses. Our Houses offer much more than just a place to stay; they provide family activities, peer support, respite, and many other services. This means that families can be by their child's bedside in a matter of moments, whilst maintaining a degree of normal life with reduced emotional and financial strain.
