For a suggested donation of £5 per child, they will receive a beautifully printed letter and certificate from Santa, including Christmas themed activity sheets.

Please make your payment on this JustGiving page and email jemma.qualter@nhs.net for a request form. On here you can fill in the details needed for the letter. Please also make a note of your donation reference number so we can cross-reference.

Last date to request a letter is December 10th, to allow plenty of time for the post.

All money raised will benefit our Little Lives Appeal, all children's services within our hospitals.
