On March 30th, hospitals and communities around the country will celebrate National Doctors’ Day. It is the one day of the year set aside to call attention to the dedication and hard work demonstrated by physicians every single day.

Would you help us celebrate this Doctors’ Day by honoring the doctors who so faithfully care for our community?

Please complete the tribute card on which you can write a personal note to one or more physicians who you would like to honor. Send it, along with a tax-deductible gift of any amount—by March 15th.

We will celebrate Doctors’ Day by sharing your personal note with the doctor(s) you have chosen. Only the words you write will be shared with your doctor. Your gift amount will remain confidential, and every dollar will go directly to support lifesaving programs and care for patients right here in our community.
