Tiny puppy Leo’s life is at risk. He was born with a rare and serious condition called a porto-systemic shunt (PSS).

This condition is present from birth and entirely beyond Leo's control. Blood that should pass through his liver is bypassing it, letting dangerous toxins build up in his tiny body. This causes ongoing damage and leaves him weak, underweight, and very sick.

Leo did not choose this life. He did nothing wrong. He was simply born unlucky.

Without urgent intervention, Leo’s condition will get worse every day. His only chance to survive is a specialised and expensive surgery that can only be performed in Selangor by experienced veterinary specialists.
